Hi, my name is Rylee! I fell in love with childcare and helping young minds develop after years of working at a daycare center and serving as an in-home nanny. Through this experience, I learned how to ensure children feel loved and confident as they grow. Creating this environment in partnership with teachers is what drives me as the director of Shining Stars Learning Center. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, and creating memories with my own kids.

Hi, my name is Cayla! I have worked in childcare since 2013, with a brief break in between to work as a nursing assistant. I graduated from DCTC with my Associate Degree in Child and Family Studies. I love putting my degree to use every day while watching the children grow and learn new things in our care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son on our small hobby farm with our horses, dogs, and cats. In my free time, I love going side-by-side riding, horse camping with my family, and doing anything outdoors!

Hi, my name is Janna! I am a teacher in the infant room, and I have been working with children of all ages since 2014. Experiencing those different age groups is  what sparked my passion for childcare! My favorite part about working with babies is getting to witness their milestones firsthand and watching their personalities bloom. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and my two kids.

My name is Emma, and I am an assistant teacher in the transition classroom. I have been working with children of all ages since 2018 through babysitting, and I have loved transitioning into the classroom setting. My favorite part of my role is seeing how fast the toddlers grow and watching them learn new skills so quickly. In my free time, I love spending time with my nieces and the rest of my family!

My name is Claire, and I am a teacher’s aide in the toddler classroom. I began my career in childcare in 2023, building on a lifelong passion for working with children that started with years of babysitting. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is witnessing each child's excitement and pride when they master a new skill. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two children, exploring new activities together, and watching them discover the world around them.

My name is Mikayla (KK), and I am the lead teacher in the 4s room. I have been working with children since 2014, beginning with babysitting, and in 2020 I joined Kids Campus to further advance my career in early childhood education! My favorite parts of working with children are watching them grow, seeing them master new skills, and helping them become more independent. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, going camping and boating, and, most importantly, making memories with my fiancé and our daughter.

My name is Paige, and I am the lead teacher in the 5s room! With many years of babysitting experience and a career in childcare since 2020, I have loved working with children of all ages. My favorite part of teaching is watching the children grow and learn something new every day—especially seeing their individual styles through their art work! Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

My name is Kaylee, and I am the school-age and 5s assistant teacher. I came to Shining Stars with over six years of babysitting experience and have also helped my mom run her in-home daycare. My favorite part about working with this age group is helping prepare children for kindergarten and engaging in fun, educational activities with them. I also love seeing their confidence grow as they learn new things every day. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, spending time outdoors, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Hello, I am Elaina! I am the center's kitchen manager and am in charge of preparing all of the children's meals. I have over 13 years of experience in food service and have been with Shining Stars since 2023. I originally went to school to become a paramedic, but after having three daughters of my own, I found my passion for working with children of all ages. In my free time, I love reading books, completing puzzles, and going hiking!

Hello! My name is Addie, and I am a float staff member who works with children of all ages. Since starting with Shining Stars in 2025, I have loved building relationships with all of the children and their families. My favorite part of working with them is watching them learn, grow, and gain confidence as they discover new things each day.  I am excited to continue helping children learn, explore, and have fun in a positive environment. In my free time, I love hanging out with my friends!
