Hi, my name is Rylee! I absolutely fell in love with the profession of childcare and helping young minds develop after spending years working at a daycare center and serving as an in-home nanny. Through this experience, I learned what it takes to make children feel loved and confident as they grow. Creating this environment for all children in partnership with teachers is what drives me as the director at Shining Stars Learning Center. In addition to working at Shining Stars, I love going to the lake and spending time with my family and friends.

I really enjoy working with children and watching them grow each and every day as they learn new things. I really enjoy spending time with my son, Layne, on our small hobby farm with horses, dogs, and cats. In my free time I love going side by siding, horse camping with my family, and basically anything outdoors!
